ZSL's TalentFlow Talent Management System Launches Social Recruiting

TalentFlow, a fully integrated Talent Acquisition and Management System, has recognized the use of social networking sites to attract and recruit candidates and launched new Social Recruiting capabilities, allowing companies to use their social networks to hire quality candidates from Facebook, LinkedIn (News - Alert) and Twitter.

In recent years, the use of social networking sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn has dramatically increased. These Web sites are a fun way to communicate and offer many personal and professional advantages to users.

No one can deny the fact that networking is important component of job searching. These days, social networking Web sites can help you land a job.

TalentFlow includes an Applicant Tracking System, Vendor Management System and CareerSiteTM modules. The company helps companies create branded career websites within the social networking sites to interact with their participants.

According to a press release, TalentFlow’s Social Media integration offers powerful, fast and cost-effective ways to apply these networked channels of interested candidates to hire a workforce. With this system, companies can encourage their employees to refer open positions to their network to receive referral bonuses, and all Recruiting efforts can be tracked and measured using TalentFlow’s extensive reporting package – standard for all clients.

TalentFlow has over 200 client sites in 27 countries. The firm is fully hosted by ZSL and delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)). It doesn’t need any software installation or configuration at the client site or on user desktops. ZSL offers technology-based business solutions and services that employ a globally positioned workforce of Software Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.

Talent Flow Applicant Tracking System, an ASP solution, can be installed in just weeks, accessible anywhere and at any time through any standard Internet browser. The reductions in implementation, installation and training time translate into significant customer cost savings, while providing user flexibility and increased client satisfaction.
