The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), a business division of Media Labs Asia, which operates under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for the Government of India, has recently deployed the Communifire business collaboration tool from Axero Solutions to optimize internal employee collaboration.

In a release, Neelmony Pannu, a Program & Knowledge Management Consultant working at NeGD, said, "When we started thinking about Knowledge Management for our projects, we decided to target the tacit knowledge of employees first by using an enterprise collaboration application.
