NetCracker (News - Alert) Technology, a subsidiary of NEC Corporation, and a provider of Telecommunications Operations and Management Systems, launched NetCracker TOMS 9.0, a pre-integrated product suite based on a single platform that NetCracker has developed to effectively consolidate and modernize the BSS/OSS environment.

NetCracker TOMS 9.0 includes a single, common underlying framework and platform with real-time capabilities across all of its BSS and OSS products and includes comprehensive, end-to-end product footprint that now adds six innovative products and a new domain of enterprise management with six innovative products that include; workforce management, HR management, asset management, financial analytics, administrative services and knowledge management.

Also, the new NetCracker 9.0 offers a full SDN – BSS/OSS integrated solution that enables higher network, IT asset and service utilization through optimized resource allocation across network and IT.

NetCracker Technology also announced that it has completed a series of BSS/OSS system upgrades for Telenor (News - Alert) Denmark, including an update of the NetCracker rating and billing solution Telenor uses for its DSL service.
