Ramco Systems Inks Deal with REDTAG for Human Capital Management

Ramco Systems, a division of the Ramco Group and an enterprise software product company, recently signed a deal with REDTAG for its human capital management (HCM) cloud solution.

Ramco HCM offers a whole new league of necessary tools and framework to manage the complete recruit-to-retire cycle, strategically, and transform traditional HR functions into a comprehensive HCM program. Ramco HCM comes with built-in analytics and insightful dashboards. Customers can choose to implement the solution on-premises, on cloud or run it as a managed service offering.

With more than 5,500 employees across UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, REDTAG was looking for a full-suite HCM and payroll solution. The company eventually chose Ramco to offer its full-suite HCM, including workforce management, attendance management, payroll and benefits, staffing, employee development, planning and self-services.

"Automating HCM Processes, generating reports and accessing real time information today is indeed a difficult task in any organization. Ramco's HCM solution with multi-country payroll on the Cloud will help us manage our workforce across locations in a streamlined manner," said Ernest Hosking, chief executive officer at REDTAG.

Virender Aggarwal, chief executive officer at Ramco Systems, emphasized in a statement that Ramco's HCM solution has been gaining good traction globally. Its ultra-cool wizard user interface with alerts, notifications, portlets on transaction screens and role-specific WorkSpaces accessible on mobile devices has been a deal clinching feature, noted Aggarwal.

Ramco’s HCM can also integrate with third-party systems and maintain statutory compliance that is regulatory, industry-specific or organization-specific in nature.

The REDTAG Group is part of BMA International, the holding company for Retail Arabia which operates hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores and malls.

In another release, Ramco confirmed that the company has signed ten aviation deals in 2012-13, including aviation companies such as Emirates, GoAir, Air Tahiti, Caribbean Airlines and Hevilift.
