Ultimate Software, a provider of unified human capital management SaaS (News - Alert) solutions for businesses, announced that Revel Entertainment Group LLC has picked its UltiPro as its HCM solution in March 2011.

Revel is the owner and developer of the largest beachfront property in Atlantic City. It is developing a resort on 20 acres near Atlantic City’s boardwalk when the need for adding approximately 5,000 professionals within a year was felt.

Debbie DeMars, human resource executive at Revel Entertainment, said that UltiPro’s unified HCM functionality was selected chiefly because it was delivered via the cloud.

It is expected that this solution will automate all the activities needed to manage the employee lifecycle.
