Diasoft, Fujitsu and SAP (News - Alert) have joined hands to introduce a solution for financial institutions- the FLEXTERA BI SAP HANA Edition. The new business analytics (BA) solution allows financial institutions to minimize the use of internal IT resources to support business processes.

Built on JavaEE technology in full compliance with SOA principles, the FLEXTERA BI SAP HANA Edition also cuts the time required for the implementation of business changes and architecture scaling. FLEXTERA BI has been designed to address the functions associated with business intelligence tasks of a financial institution. This solution enables users to conduct financial performance analysis, regulatory reporting and management reporting.

Several data modeling and administration functions are included in the solution such as configuration and monitoring of data load processes; configuration and management of logical and physical data models; and data management through viewing and editing of BI applications data.

Diasoft, Fujitsu (News - Alert) and SAP have included features in FLEXTERA BI such as a suite of ready-to-use BI applications and a comprehensive development framework for BI applications.

It has been two years since the release of SAP HANA, and this solution is now supporting in-memory processing of large data volumes. It is delivered as an integrated hardware and software complex and includes SAP’s software and a certified infrastructure solution provided by the company’s technological partners.

“With such partners as Fujitsu and SAP, we can offer to our clients a ready-to-use solution, the implementation of which takes no more than just several days,” said Nikolay Ippolitov, head of Partner Solutions Department at Diasoft, in a statement.

Financial software solutions provider Diasoft was in news late last year when it was ranked among the leading European providers of Insurance Claims Systems in “Celent Claims Systems Vendors: European General Insurance 2012.”
