Paynet System Expands Mobile Payment Solution

Paynet Systems, a credit card processing solution, has unveiled new features to its Credit Card Machine smartphone application. In addition to handling payments, the application will now be able to create invoices, form estimates and send bills using its user-friendly dashboard.

Paynet Systems has been helping businesses handle merchant account solutions since 1999 and is currently being used at more than 40,000 companies throughout the world. Paynet said it delivers “overall savings” and an “unlimited solution” without compromising the quality of business.

The new features were designed to help make the application more efficient and easier to use. Now with just a click of a button merchants can complete an entire payment from beginning to end for its customers. The company explained the process saying, “When merchants are ready to bill their customers, they can simply email an invoice created through the Credit Card Machine app. The invoice can include important information, such as business’ name, logo, and contact information,” said Paynet.

Interlinking applications and allowing for multiple services to be completed in one place is becoming increasingly important for companies. While many enterprises begin with a simple application, as their services grow so do the need for more complex applications. Paynet Systems said this new update will not only allow businesses to work more efficiently, but it will also let customers stay updated.

“This will help service-related businesses that use an invoicing system to streamline their routine for estimates and billing,” said Jack Chevalier, president of Paynet Systems.

After a customer received an invoice notification, they can log on to the system and click the ‘pay now’ button. This button will take them to their checkout page where they can review the invoice and send a payment using a credit card. The entire process is automated and once payment is received a notification gets sent out directly to the merchant. This system is designed to be a one-stop shop for both merchants and customers. Chevalier added, “As a provider of merchant credit card processing services, we want to provide our clients with state-of-the-art technology that they can use to run their business.”
