AOTMP Announces Efficiency First Certification Program for Suppliers

If you want to increase the marketability of a company, deliver value to clients and drive business results, then AOTMP suggests that you differentiate yourself by becoming Efficiency First Certified.

AOTMP, announcing the Efficiency First certification program for suppliers, noted that it is designed to provide credibility, give industry leaders an opportunity to differentiate themselves, and define the extent of supplier commitment to providing superior solutions.

The Efficiency First Framework, a disciplined, best practice-driven approach for managing fixed and telecom environments, reportedly serves as the foundation for the Efficiency First Supplier Solution certification program.

In the first step, AOTMP reviews the company's technology and services. The supplier's solution is evaluated against 16 fixed and mobile telecom management activities that are prescribed in the Efficiency First Framework.

Then a gap analysis is performed to find out if the supplier qualifies for individual activity certifications. The solution is also compared with those in the industry, and strengths and weaknesses are identified. Suggestions for improvement are then delivered. These expert perspectives help to plug in any performance gaps.

Activity certification scores are assigned on the basis of capabilities, performance and customer experience. Depending on how capable the solution is, certifications are given one, several or all of the activities.

These certifications are valid for two years from the date of issue, and after that period suppliers will have to renew their certifications for the next two years for every level of activity. This is to ensure that they maintain the required level of performance.

AOTMP is an information services company focused on establishing and maintaining high-performance, best-in-class fixed and mobile telecom environments and through its certification programs ensures that the “good become better and the better – best.”

The Information services company is excited to announce the addition of two pre- conference educational tracks.
