Lumesse TalentLink E-Recruitment Solution to Power RATP Dev's Employment Process

RATP Dev has picked Lumesse, an independent talent management solutions provider, to design and launch an e-recruitment process. This e-recruitment process is expected to operate based on the SaaS (News - Alert) technology of Lumesse TalentLink.

Based in France, RATP Dev is a transport group and a subsidiary of RATP Group, which has a global presence in Italy, Switzerland, U.K., U.S., Brazil, Algeria, South Africa, Morocco, India, China and South Korea.

“We wanted a modern recruitment tool, allowing us to best meet our different objectives,” Sara Gallinari, Development Director of HR at RATP Dev, said in a release. “We needed to increase our recruitment volume through a wider but targeted publication of vacancies, to reduce costs and delays in recruitment, and build a talent pool that all our recruiter groups, both in France and abroad, can see.”

With a demand for new recruits in the subsidiaries and headquarters of RATP Dev, a career portal software and application processing solution became imperative – hence the need for Lumesse TalentLink RATP Dev, according to company officials.

Matthew Parker CEO of Lumesse explained that Lumesse will allow RATP Dev to find highly-skilled personnel for positions in different countries, on top of providing the technology that enhances user adoption, user experience and social and mobile platforms.

Lumesse TalentLink will help the client company receive more resumes as its visibility increases, as well as improving employer branding. RATP Dev will use Lumesse TalentLink to recruit operational staff for its subsidiaries, offering opportunities for experienced candidates placed in management positions. Recruits are required to possess managerial know-how and technical expertise concerning the transport business.

Lumesse TalentLink gives a boost to the company’s employment practices, and makes it easy for candidates to apply using smartphones and tablets. Prospective applicants will also get a better opinion about the company. The tool is easy to use for managers and HR users as well.

“With the many channels that Lumesse TalentLink offers to publicize vacancies we can more easily reach potential candidates, in France and abroad, while speeding up the processing of applications,” said Sara Gallinari. “We’ll gain time and efficiency.”

Lumesse recently announced it will integrate its SaaS-based learning management system, Lumesse Learning Gateway (News - Alert), with Lumesse ETWeb V11.1, its enterprise-class talent management solution.
