Rypple Flow Smoothens Wrinkles in Performance Management

Rypple, a real-time social performance management platform, has taken a big step forward to enhance transparency and credibility in the workplace by launching Rypple Flow, which is exactly what its name suggests.

The company said that Flow was a version of the Rypple news feed optimized for the big TV screen. It continuously streams important company information with automatic updates ensuring that teams are always well informed. An 'Always On' concept, everyone knows everything official about the company and everybody else.

Flowing beyond the desktop or mobile device onto a large TV screen that is installed in shared workplaces, the concept ensures that crucial information and constant updates to news feeds helps team to stay on track and perform better.

The wall mounted TV monitors are transformed into valuable engagement tools and performance management becomes painless and more effective. The Open Sharing concept introduces an element of visibility in company operations that appears to go down well with the employees.

"When employees know where they stand and what is expected of them, they are more engaged and they perform better," said Daniel Debow, co-CEO of Rypple, in a press release. "We built Rypple to help companies create social, collaborative, visible workplaces, and Rypple Flow keeps you connected to what's happening at work—regardless of what's up on your desktop."

The company claims that hundreds of innovative companies already use Rypple's platform to help them celebrate success, coach employees, achieve goals, perform fast, efficient feedback and most importantly build credibility.

As it is a web-based SaaS (News - Alert) platform, no installation is required and it can be accessed directly online. A freemium version that provides basic capabilities, the Premium version costing $5 per-user-per-month and the Rypple Phenomenal at $9 per-user-per-month provide a variety of options to users.

In related news, Rypple's social performance platform was selected as a launch partner for Jive Apps Market, the first social enterprise apps market.
