Taleo Introduces Groundbreaking Talent Intelligence Capabilities

The leading provider of on-demand talent management solutions, Taleo Corp. launched a groundbreaking social, collaboration and visualization capabilities providing the enterprises with Talent Intelligence to address top business issues. The new abilities primarily alter how companies leverage their talent to tackle the top two challenges facing CEOs today, Growth and Talent.

It also joins Talent Reviews and Performance Calibration as examples of how Taleo has embedded real-time visual analytics to support better decision making and also includes analytics that give an instant snapshot of any team or organization.

Taleo Corp. was recently in news when it landed a contract to provide an array of software services to a big federal agency that has connections to numerous other U.S. government organizations. Dublin-based Taleo said the U.S. General Services Administration has picked the maker of employee management software to help the agency expand its efforts to train and manage employees.
