Palo Alto Staffing Services Announces New IT Staffing Division

Palo Alto (News - Alert) Staffing Services, a full-service staffing provider for Bay Area companies, announced it has launched a new technology services division under the name Palo Alto Staffing Technology.

The new technology services division was set up as a direct response to the changing landscape for technical talent resulting in market demand for Information Technology experts in the Bay Area. Palo Alto Staffing Services named a strategic team to lead the division.

The new division focuses on providing contract and contract-to-hire IT talent for the entire software development lifecycle. The company will focus on common positions such as project managers, QA professionals, software developers, technical writers and helpdesk analysts.

Palo Alto Staffing Technology service is already in talks with a $500 million healthcare company and a local communications startup to bring them as clients.

The company also announced its top leadership team. David Chie is the chief operating officer. Chie joined Palo Alto Staffing Services in 2010 and has more than 10 years of diverse operations, business development and technology expertise.

Tina Bhatia joined the company as senior technical recruiter. Bhatia is an experienced professional with recruitment experience in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. She previously worked as senior recruiting specialist/program manager at Amazon.
