Appian Recognized with the 2011 FSO Knowledge Xchange Excellence Award

Appian, the global innovator in enterprise and cloud-based business process management software, has received the FSO Knowledge Xchange Excellence Award 2011 in the “Excellence in Business Process Management Solutions” category.

The proven value it delivers to the financial services industry and its innovative capabilities, including mobile BPM, cloud BPM and social BPM, helped Appian BPM Suite win the prestigious award.

An extensive analysis of nominations were conducted by the FSOkx research team and a panel of judges comprised of thought leaders in the financial services industry, based on uniqueness of the solution, interoperability, services covered, client benefits, geographic reach, revenue impact, process improvement, level of transparency, and other criteria.

“The FSO Knowledge Xchange Excellence Awards honors those firms at the forefront of transforming financial services,” said Lisa Valentine, managing editor of FSOkx, in a press release.

“Our judges selected the Appian BPM Suite because it delivers a single platform that enables financial services clients to drive high-value process improvement to mobile devices, to the cloud, and through social networking. The solution provides users with a seamless experience that encourages collaboration,” she continued.

The awards were presented at the June 9, 2011 5th Annual Financial Services Industry Transformation and Outsourcing Strategies Summit.

Rapid improvement of complex, mission-critical processes, make Appian the favorite of most of the financial services organizations.

Appian, building on its powerful, flexible and easy-to-use BPM platform, also offers solution templates that jump-start process improvement initiatives, like templates for Customer & Asset On-Boarding, Wealth Management, Credit & Risk Management and others.

In related news, SI Systems Technologies has forged a strategic partnership with Appian, the industry leader in enterprise and cloud-based business process management software, to enhance the value of its comprehensive set of engineering and technical services.
