Inktel Direct's Training Aims at Development of Its Employees

As the latest phase of the Inktel Direct Excellence Academy (IDEA), Inktel Direct, Corp., a business process outsourcer specializing in marketing and governmental services, recently launched its 2011 Employee and Leadership Development Programs. The program is intended to provide Inktel's employees with instructor-led, as well as self-paced, online training courses, the company said. The programs are believed to support the company’s employees with their professional and personal development.

In the press release, Inktel maintained that the launch of Employee and Leadership Development Programs is in sync with the company’s strong belief that it takes great people to build a great company. The company seemingly follows the strategy of hiring the very best and then providing opportunities to grow and develop that talent.

The program includes bimonthly courses scheduled on the topics of "Emotionally Intelligent Leadership," "Delivering Polished Presentations like Steve Jobs (News - Alert)," "Networking -- Why You Should Never Eat Alone," and more. According to the company, the courses will give the Inktel's employees opportunities to undergo continuous learning from members of the Inktel leadership team, as well as outside experts.

“We hope that this program will continue to make working at Inktel Direct a meaningful and self-fulfilling experience for all of our employees, ” Luis Gonzalez, senior vice president of Contact Center Operations of Inktel Direct, said in a statement.

Recently Inktel Direct's Training Department received the prestigious "Innovation in Training and Development Award," as named by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and is led by Certified Professional Coach Michelle Oliva. She is a member of the American Management Association, Fowler Wainwright International Institute of Professional Coaching, and the International Association of Coaches.

Last month, Inktel Direct announced the hiring of Jennifer Novik as director of Human Capital. Novik, a seasoned human resources professional, will lead all efforts to identify, hire and develop Inktel Direct's most valued assets, its employees, the company said in a statement.
