Visage Announces Strategic Business Expansion within International Markets

Visage recently announced a strategic business expansion within international markets. The company will be providing customers within Canada, Europe, Asia, and South America with its Enterprise Mobility Management SaaS (News - Alert) platform which has been designed to address both security, and financial risk concerns. Leveraging Visage's SaaS offerings, clients can easily aggregate and manage users, mobile inventory, as well as carrier data to gain greater visibility over enterprise mobility programs and costs.

Visage specializes in mobile device management. In a release, Bzur Haun, CEO of Visage, said that, “Visage’s SaaS offering is the most comprehensive mobility solution available, addressing critical security, and financial risk concerns. Our unprecedented combination of technologically advanced, cloud-based software service solutions puts multinational companies in control of device, data, network security, and mobility deployment costs and usage. Today’s announcement is a key part of our strategy to expand our business with a strong international presence.”

The company's international expansion is based on its integration strategy with Concur, a specialist provider of SaaS solutions for expense reporting – the integration was announced by Visage in May of 2012.

Both companies collaborated over the development of the first solution designed to improve BYOD spending and management. The solution additionally provided customers with the first-ever enterprise access to employee-supported mobile devices. Visage is expecting to initially deploy the MobilityCentral international solution within Canada and the United Kingdom followed by deployment within other markets.

Visage's international expansion which will be further supported by its integration partner Fixmo, aims at providing a comprehensive risk management solution to multinational enterprises thereby ensuring a substantial reduction in financial, and security risks presented by mobility programs. Visage and Fixmo are working on introducing the Joyent Global Cloud Network for customers within Asia and South America towards the end of 2013.
