Michael Yip, director of Professional Services, and Frank J. McMackin IV, director of Account Management and Business Development at EXIGIS, have been invited to take part in a second risk management and insurance roundtable event. The event which is being hosted by Joseph W. Bauer of Bauer Advising, a leading expert on insurance management and legal fee arrangements for companies and law firms will take place at the Pyramid Club, in Philadelphia, PA on April 18, 2012.

Bauer, the founder of Bauer Advising, will organize and handle a robust discussion on the use of technology for Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”), contract and insurance certificate compliance and claims management. The event will feature a number of presentations from leading industry experts from both private and public sectors. The entire event will be divided into three focused discussion panels.

Yip, who has spent more than a decade within the consulting and Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) field has been invited to serve as the Moderator of Panel-1 which will discuss “Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) and Information Control: An Opportunity for the Risk Manager to Enhance His or Her Role.”

As director of Professional Services at EXIGIS, McMackin has a comprehensive understanding of contract compliance and transactional process automation. He will be serving as a panelist on Panel-3 which will discuss “Certificates of Insurance, Contingent Liability Instruments, and Policy Management: How Optimal Use of Technology Can Elevate the Role of the Risk Management Department.”
