Canaccord Genuity has selected NexJ Contact for Finance to deliver a unified global experience to their international institutional sales, research and investment banking businesses.
Officials with NexJ Systems said that NexJ Contact for Finance is an enterprise CRM software solution designed specifically for the financial services industry. It combines industry-specific enterprise CRM functionality with information from multiple applications and data stores to provide financial services firms with comprehensive knowledge of the customer across the enterprise.
By transforming customer information from a transaction- or account-based view to a people-centered view, large enterprises can better sell to and service their own customers.
Financial services firms use NexJ Contact for Finance to centralize, streamline, and automate customer-centered processes so firms can gain new clients, drive customer loyalty, attract and retain top talent, and increase assets under management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

William M. Tatham, chief executive officer of NexJ Systems, said that the company is pleased that Canaccord Genuity selected NexJ to deliver on the client management and reporting requirements of their expanded global platform.
Tatham said that unlike most cloud-based CRM, NexJ's cloud solution offers the security and integration flexibility required by global financial services organizations like Canaccord.
This project will start in November and continue through 2014.
Earlier in October, NexJ Systems Inc., a provider of cloud-based software delivering enterprise solutions for the financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries, had announced that the United Kingdom private banking division of a major global investment bank will streamline their Know Your Client (KYC) process with NexJ Contact for Finance.
NexJ was selected after an on-site proof of concept proved the robustness and flexibility of the NexJ solution. NexJ’s customer data integration, application orchestration and flexible workflow capabilities were selected as best-in-class for private banking needs.
