BullseyeEvaluation Teams With FutureSense to Provide Employee Performance Management Solutions



BullseyeEvaluation, a Web-based software company, has announced its partnership with FutureSense to provide employee performance management and organizational development solutions across the United States.

Consulting firm FutureSense specializes in the areas of organization and people. “We advise on how to build sustainable human capital capacity and improve organizational performance by attracting, developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining people,” said Jim Finkelstein, founder and CEO of FutureSense.

Thanks to this new partnership, the company will now be able to offer its clients comprehensive performance management solutions with BullseyePerformance, helping clients strengthen their people and culture, according to Finkelstein.

BullseyePerformance is an employee performance management system. For employee evaluation, it offers in-depth data on employee performance by department, location, job title or individuals. For goals and training modules, it enables the setting and management of relevant goals and training requirements by employee or department.

Organizations benefit from Bullseye products that enable them to understand both business and employee performance as well as identify appropriate operational and development activities as a result, Finkelstein said.

Using BullseyePerformance, leaders and employees get real-time information that enables them to engage in frequent and constructive dialogue about core business priorities, he said, adding “This makes sense to us!"

The combined solutions from BullseyeEvaluation and FutureSense are expected to provide the advantage of training and learning that are customized to ensure retention. Moreover, it is expected to help build organizational bench strength.

In addition, the combined solutions will enable leadership assessment, development and succession, organizational alignment of compensation and rewards, competency strategies to support organizational and workforce planning gaps and needs, and action planning to ensure accountability for results.
