TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union to Implement Fiserv Suite

Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, and TruStone, one of the largest providers of business-driven technology solutions for credit unions, announced together, that they will be releasing a brand new comprehensive suite backed by Fiserv’s Acumen account processing solution.

The new suite, which will be used by TruStone, was designed to help make online banking a little easier for consumers. TruStone owns almost $800 million in assets and currently has more than 60,000 active users throughout its eight branch locations. The company was looking for a partner to help enhance its financial services, who could be considered consistent, reliable, and offer members a high quality experience.

“Our selection and implementation of Fiserv solutions has given us the opportunity to completely transform our credit union,” said Bob Thompson, senior vice president of Information Technology, TruStone Financial. “With our new, fully integrated suite of solutions provided by one technology partner – Fiserv – we are able to offer our members digital banking services that would not have otherwise been possible.”

Thompson said working with Fiserv and implementing a new suite was really a no brainer. “The business benefits from greater efficiency and cost savings throughout our operations and the ability to expand our revenue by offering additional services to our existing and expanding member base.”

TruStone plans on taking advantage of numerous Fiserv products including its AccountCreate, Loan Advantage, ConvergeIT IVR, Nautilus, AML Manager, Prologue, and Prism Analytics. All of these programs are designed to help with online banking, risk management, accounting, loan origination, and reporting.

Naseer Nasim, senior vice president, Credit Union Solutions, Fiserv, said “With this implementation, TruStone Financial now has a technology suite that can scale to its specifications and provide the advanced banking functions and services desired by its members,” said Nasim. “This implementation is an example of how Fiserv can provide a comprehensive suite of financial services, integrated with Acumen or our other account processing platforms, to create a total credit union solution.”
