VeriFone Systems, Inc. recently confirmed that Vantiv, Inc. has certified its EMV/NFC-enabled payment processing solution. Vantiv, Inc. is a prominent source of payment processing services and related technology solutions for merchants and financial institutions in the U.S.

The certification of the VeriFone Evolution payment platform for EMV payments is a result of the collaborative efforts of both companies. All devices within the VX Evolution suite have been designed with innovative technology capabilities, including NFC, EMV, improved security with PCI (News - Alert) PTS 3.0 and reliable performance. Merchants employing VeriFone's EMV and security compliance services will now be able to heed all their business requirements.
