The award-winning imageFORMULA solutions will be showcased at the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) Annual Conference. The recently-announced compact and powerful scanner, imageFORMULA DR-M160 document scanner will be also showcased at the exhibition. In a release, Jim Rosetta, VP and GM, Imaging Systems (News - Alert) Group, Canon U.S.A., said, "Canon has made great strides in addressing the needs of treasury and finance professionals in any industry. At this year's show we are excited to demonstrate Canon's data capturing solutions that can help create efficient workflows, resulting in productive operations and reduced costs."

Some of the Canon solutions to be displayed during this year’s show include imageFORMULA DR-M160 Document Scanner and imageFORMULA DR-C125 Document Scanner, imageFORMULA P-150 "Scan-tini" Personal Document Scanner and imageFORMULA CR-80 Compact Check Transport and Star Micronics FVP-10 Thermal Receipt Printer will be also on display.

With scanning speed of up to 60 pages-per-minute, the Canon DR-M160 scanner has excellent performance and convenience. In a single pass, the scanner is capable of scanning both sides of a document. Higher-end scanning features are adopted and simplified into a compact and easy-to-implement package by the DR-M160 scanner

A paper-saving option is provided by the Canon DR-C125 scanner for businesses. A wide variety of document types, including Long Document Mode for documents up to 118 inches in length are reliably handled by the DR-C125 scanner. User-selectable paper paths for scanning items like thick documents, plastic ID cards, embossed cards, and driver licenses are also featured by the scanner.

General-purpose distributed document scanning applications is possible for "road warriors" and office workers with the Canon P-150 scanner. Scanning in remote deposit capture applications is also possible with this scanner.

Teller counters, merchant desks and other space-constrained environments will find the easy-to-use, compact Canon CR-80 check transport an ideal choice. Paper checks and related small documents in front-counter settings can be also moved with the Canon CR-80 check transport.
