ActionHRM to Unveil Enhanced HRMS Software at Payroll Congress

ActionHRM (previously MyStaff), an Australia-based company specializing in Human Resources management software, pronounced its plan to launch its newly enhanced HRMS software and recruiting module at the American Payroll Association's Annual Congress being held in Salt Lake City, Utah, today through Friday.

"The 2011 Payroll Congress is the ideal place to unveil our improved HR management system software," Jason Seed, chief executive officer at ActionHRM, said in a news release.

"After all, it's the world's largest payroll, accounts payable, and finance Expo, so it will be the perfect venue to touch base with our current payroll integration partners and to meet new partners and prospects. Anyone interested in reducing recruiting and hiring costs and automating and streamlining their HR processes should drop by booth 1024 for one of our demos or to set up a one-on-one meeting.”

According to the company, the newly enhanced recruiting module streamlines the recruiting and onboarding processes with improvements to its applicant portal and the addition of an electronic I-9 service.

Key enhancements include: Smart fields in job postings enable users to add an unlimited number of customized applicant screening questions; Unlimited key selection criteria skill templates from existing library or easily customized to improve front-end applicant screening for better hires and facilitate a faster onboarding process; Online I-9 processing stores I-9s in the ActionHRM system and flags incomplete and expired I-9's to ensure compliance; and the ability to capture e-signatures from applicants who agree to background screening.

Also, the newly enhanced ActionHRM software is said to improve direct integration with clients' career portals, is fully EEOC-compliant, and offers buyers free customization during implementation to set up the smart field selection criteria skill templates.

Founded in 2006, ActionHRM has been serving a wide range of small to medium sized organizations throughout Australia and Asia. As part of its commitment to strengthening its brand globally and expanding in the U.S., the company recently announced that it had appointed Seed as its U.S.-based chief executive, opened an office in San Francisco and rebranded itself as ActionHRM.
