Vindicia Introduces CashBox, CashBox Reporting for Salesforce

Cloud computing, Software-as-a-Service marketing, billing and CRM platform suppliers at Vindicia announced Thursday the release of two new force.com applications: CashBox Reporting for Salesforce and CashBox for Salesforce.

By integrating with Salesforce.com (News - Alert), Vindicia can provide digital businesses with greater insights into their subscribers, as well as enhanced revenue capture and operational efficiency. Customers of HelloWallet, for example, will now be able to integrate the functions managed by Vindicia on their behalf into the broader Salesforce social enterprise network.

According to Gene Hoffman (News - Alert), Vindicia's CEO, marketing, sales and customer service support teams need to streamline their customer data in a single environment. This allows "all aspects of a customer’s data [to] be used to extend the lifetime of that relationship. And long customer relationships are the cornerstone to profitable digital businesses. Leveraging the combined Salesforce and Vindicia data will prove a powerful weapon for all marketers, especially as they launch and track new campaigns," he said.

“It’s critical to our success that our customer support team has access to Vindicia’s customer billing information within Salesforce,” added Grant Karsas, director of community management at HelloWallet. “We couldn’t deliver effective campaigns and promotions without it.”

CashBox Reporting for Salesforce allows Vindicia clients to view their data and use the familiar reporting and analytics capabilities of CashBox Reporting within Salesforce, improving customer acquisition and retention. It is capable of displaying customer information, subscription or one-time purchase details as well as verifying which products are available.

CashBox for Salesforce builds upon CashBox Reporting, supporting the full quote to cash process. Users can create a customer quote or billing plan, use a promotion code and automate the billing process – all within the Salesforce application. All updates to customer account information syncs automatically with CashBox.

Back in May, Vindicia was named by JMP Securities (News - Alert) as a "Hot 100 Best Privately Held Software Company." In April, the company upgraded CashBox to include advanced usage billing support.
