3i Infotech Collaborates with Zumbox for Electronic Billing



A new collaboration with Zumbox has been announced by 3i Infotech. Zumbox can now be used by 3i Infotech clients to send electronic bills and other customer communications. 3i Infotech clients will be able to drive electronic bill adoption with Zumbox. Apart from cutting costs, Zumbox will help them to promote print suppression. 3i Infotech is a global information technology and business process outsourcing company. Zumbox is a top company in digital postal mail services.

An especially compelling solution for utilities, insurance, financial services companies and others will be created with the partnership between 3i Infotech and Zumbox. These companies will be now able to accommodate changing preferences of customers to receive and pay bills.

In a release, Kathy Hamburger, CEO and president of BPO and developed markets at 3i Infotech said, “As consumer billing and payment preferences shift between paper, web and mobile methods, 3i Infotech is dedicated to helping companies manage this evolution while reducing costs, overhead and infrastructure requirements. Zumbox's unique approach of providing a central, digital mailbox will increase consumer adoption of online billing and assist our clients in moving more rapidly from paper to electronic communications.”

3i Infotech's Global Billing and Payments Center of Excellence or CoE will be used to offer Zumbox to 3i Infotech customers. The company's deep domain expertise and global resources are leveraged by the CoE. Companies interested in optimizing their entire billing and payment lifecycle are therefore best served. A powerful tool, Zumbox is given to 3i Infotech customers in their drive to provide electronic billing options and reduce use of paper bills. Billers are also able to maintain their unique brand identity on their electronic documents with Zumbox’s easy implementation process.

In other news, Zumbox and KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, recently announced an agreement to provide digital postal mail as an alternative customer communications channel for KUBRA's clients, which include some of the largest communication, utility, insurance, healthcare and financial services organizations in North America.
