Junxure Version 8.7 from CRM Software Released with Key Enhancements



CRM Software, a software development firm based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, announced the release of Junxure Version 8.7.

Junxure, a flagship product of CRM Software, is a customer relationship management and office management technology platform designed for financial advisors. According to the company, Junxure is used by more than 9,000 financial professionals.

The latest version of Junxure is housed with many enhancements for deeper portfolio management integrations and advanced functionality to - better manage client data; provide efficiencies; and enhance advisor productivity.

According to the release, the Version 8.7 of Junxure is provided with a new PortfolioCenter Import Wizard. This enhanced integration for PortfolioCenter in Junxure 8.7 is an interface that provides broader and more customizable data integration to include Account-level as well as expanded Asset-level data.

The PortfolioCenter portfolio is management software from Schwab Performance Technologies (News - Alert). The PortfolioCenter along with new features and functionality facilitate users to better manage their client data through enhanced formatting, reporting and navigation, say officials.

"Software integrations are critical in driving efficiencies in financial advisory practices," said Greg Friedman, president and founder at Junxure. "The enhanced integration for PortfolioCenter in Junxure 8.7 will be a key tool in streamlining and simplifying many back-office processes, saving advisors valuable time."

Michael Williams, director of sales and service for Schwab Performance Technologies, said, "Many of our PortfolioCenter clients use Junxure and the new release increases their ability to access client financial information from PortfolioCenter. This gives advisors greater visibility into their client relationships and they can see it all in one place."

Apart from featuring formatted text in actions, the Junxure Version 8.7 also features enhanced action navigation. On Junxure Version 8.7, key action items can be made to stand out through the use of text colors, bullets, highlighted text, font size and style. The new Linked Actions feature helps in searching for link related actions to quickly find specific client actions with filters and keywords.

The Junxure Version 8.7 can automatically handle incoming emails through the Junxure Outlook Inbox Routing enhancements. This feature allows users to route and block emails by email address, domain, and subject content.

In addition, the Junxure Version 8.7 features improved workflow. This is due to recurring action sequences that trigger a single action or a set of related actions to ensure that tasks are automatically initiated and followed up on, thereby simplifying workflow processes.

Friedman added, "As part of our mission to make Junxure increasingly more valuable to financial advisors, we are constantly reviewing our platform and listening to user feedback to find ways to make Junxure even more useful. The release of Junxure 8.7 is the latest example of that commitment."
