TOA Technologies Unveils New Version of Mobile Workforce Management Solution



TOA Technologies, the cloud-based provider of predictive mobile workforce management and pro-active customer communication software solutions, released the latest version of its browser-based mobile workforce management solution, ETAdirect 4.0.

The company’s ETAdirect mobile workforce management solution combines a full suite of integrated field service and appointment tools in one Web-based application. It focuses on delivering a unified and enhanced customer experience via intelligent, automated and predictive customer communications.

The ETAdirect facilitates users to plan, schedule, dispatch, monitor and communicate in real-time with client customers who are waiting for service and delivery appointments, back-office employees, and field and mobile employees. It is accessible via any Web-enabled mobile device on any platform. The dual mode automatic online/offline capability of the solution allows field users to access essential work-related information when a mobile employee goes out of service range and the mobile device is out of coverage in an offline mode.

TOA's ETAdirect 4.0 has also been provided with other innovative, new management functions,such as enhanced real-time dashboard visualization, support for multi-appointment work orders, context aware collaboration, and more.

With the help of ETAdirect 4.0, users can view dashboard reports based on Google’s (News - Alert) advanced visualization. Managers can have real-time snapshot of field operations, thereby allowing them to proactively respond to issues on any modern browser-enabled device, such as the iPad, iPhone 4 or Android (News - Alert), anytime, anywhere.

Apart from supporting multi-appointment work orders, the ETAdirect 4.0 also supports dynamic team job assignments. It can process jobs that require multiple people and equipment to perform. Consequently, this enhances end-to-end, seamless management of mobile workforces and teams.
