Bodhtree Acquires e2e Analytix



Bodhtree Solutions, Inc., a provider of business and IT consulting, outsourcing, and technology services, recently announced in a press release that it has completed the acquisition of e2e Analytix, Inc., a recognized leader in business intelligence, specializing in "end-to-end" analytical solutions. Bodhtree Solutions has been a strategic partner of e2e Analytix, helping deliver market-leading Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions to its 1000 global customers.

 “With almost immediate alignment upon meeting the Bodhtree leadership team and hearing their vision for where they were taking the company, we could see the wisdom in getting on board,” said founder and CEO of e2e Analytix, Vik Torpunuri, in a statement.  “I really wanted to make sure we found a good home for our employees, customers, partners, shareholders, and we are confident we have done just that with Bodhtree.”

Founded in 1999, e2e has deep domain expertise in the healthcare, life sciences, distribution, education, technology, entertainment, energy, and retail industries. With the acquisition of e2e, Bodhtree will be better able to offer a 360-degree service view for Enterprises who want to optimize their use of technology to innovate and grow while efficiently managing costs.
