The company recently announced that customers are enjoying greater convenience in managing employees with the UltiPro application for the Apple iPhone (News - Alert), which is available on the iTunes Store.
iPhones are commonly used by the employees of the organizations and the UltiPro app for the Apple iPhone will add to the convenience of the HR staff of the companies.
With this app, UltiPro customers can give their HR staff, managers, and employees instant access to important HCM information via the Apple (News - Alert) iPhone. This speeds up decision making process by allowing the HR managers to make effective decisions and conduct business regardless of location or time of day.
As for example, managers can approve or deny daily workflow transactions — such as salary changes and paid time off — using their iPhones, and all employees can quickly access their company’s portal, scan the employee directory to look up contact information or employee photos, and more.
Mya Sanger, HR systems administrator for Panhandle State Bank is one of the many UltiPro customers, who are reaping the benefits of UltiPro app for iPhone.

The organization has to first enable the UltiPro iPhone app for its employees.
The end users will be able to access the UltiPro app just as they would any other iPhone application by downloading it from the Apple iTunes Store and logging into the application with the same sign-on used at work to access UltiPro.
