ADP Now Has 40,000 Human Capital Management Clients

Human capital management services specialist ADP has achieved a new milestone, with more than 40,000 organizations adopting its cloud-based, human capital management (HCM) platforms.

Leveraging over 60 years of experience, and with a global footprint spanning more than 40 countries, ADP offers a wide range of human resource, payroll, talent management, tax and benefits administration solutions from a single source.

More and more companies are embracing ADP’s unified HCM platforms to harness its sophisticated, data-driven workforce management tools. These tools help businesses manage complexity and comply with the Affordable Care Act and related regulations in the United States.

"As more components of Health Care Reform go into effect, companies with U.S. employees must evaluate and address the complex compliance issues brought on by this law," said Regina Lee, division president at ADP.  "ADP helps to take the worry out of regulation by arming employers with all-in-one HCM systems that link core elements of human resources used to report, manage and help to stay in compliance with new mandates."

The company has classified its HCM platform into 3 different types: ADP Workforce Now (specifically designed for midsized organizations), ADP Vantage HCM (for large organizations) and ADP's GlobalView (for multinational organizations). These solutions provide employers with greater visibility into their business, and allow them to minimize risk, drive employee productivity and optimize talent management processes.

"ADP pulls together all my HR needs into one single, easy-to-use solution," said Desiree Bunch, vice president of Human Resources at Public Health Solutions, a New York-based not-for-profit organization that develops, implements and advocates dynamic solutions to prevent disease and improve community health.  "This year we were able to easily issue our Summary of Benefits and Coverage to all employees under the Affordable Care Act.  Having a flexible solution backed by a company with a long-standing history of successfully managing regulatory change gives us comfort."
