Jordan Water Company Signs Agreement with MenaITech for HR Services

Miyahuna, which is a Jordan-based water company, recently announced a partnership with MenaITech to utilize its specialized e-solutions in human resources (HR) management. Miyahuna supplies and manages pure water and sewage services across the Kingdom and under the new agreement it will implement in its HR department the highly adaptable application package established by the MenaITech.

Since MenaITech has expertise in building and deploying human resources applications, this business collaboration will create an efficient infrastructure, simplify administrative functions and also enhance production and service capabilities, according to company officials.

Miyahuna CEO Eng. Munir Oweis also announced that the reason the company zeroed in on MenaITech was because its integrated package comprises various human capital processes, which in the long run will only enhance Miyahuna’s operational efficiency and customer services.

The MenaITech and Miyahuna agreement involves MenaITech providing the latter with a package comprising of the following six applications: HR information management system, payroll and personnel solution, employee and manager self service solution, employee 360-degree feedback evaluation software, all-inclusive HR consolidation and analysis module, and also ground-breaking cell phone notification service.

"We understand the importance of incorporating these applications into our systems to take our administrative services to the next level and rise up our proficiency," Oweis said.

MenaITech's CEO Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh reciprocated by saying: "We appreciate the confidence which Miyahuna has shown by choosing our company to be responsible for upgrading its administrative systems and human resources. It gives us great pleasure to add Miyahuna to our long list of clients.""MenaITech's services are pertinent not only to top-level departments and units, but also to all the company's personnel who, using a self service portal, will enjoy the benefits of the system, such as managing leaves of absence, payments and liabilities. Being able to access these features through the Internet, employees no longer have to show up at the human resources department and this will increase their level of satisfaction," Hawamdeh added.
