WorkStrategy Inc., a provider of innovative human resource management and technology services announced a new strategic partnership alliance with SilkRoad technology, a provider of talent management solutions. Under the new partnership, customers of WorkStrategy, working in an integrated ERP-based human capital management (HCM) environment, will be able to leverage the RedCarpet onboarding and life events management solution from SilkRoad more easily. The alliance will also provide customers of SilkRoad the opportunity to benefit from WorkStrategy's human resource and talent management process improvement as well as the company’s PeopleSoft application integration tools.

SilkRoad will be able to optimize its Oracle (News - Alert)-PeopleSoft customer deployments using WorkStrategy's PeopleSoft integration expertise. Additionally it will also benefit from WorkStrategy’s comprehensive data management, user accessibility, and workflow automation solutions.

WorkStrategy’s consulting services have been architected by integrating its software as service (SaaS (News - Alert)) models with its time tested workforce productivity, talent management technology practices. WorkStrategy decided to go with the new alliance because SilkRoad has an extensive customer reach and also because of the large number of existing PeopleSoft users. With a functional approach to workflow design, SilkRoad is capable of providing a comprehensive HR management environment which includes recruitment and onboard support for transition, mergers and acquisitions, and offboarding solutions.
