Advanced Productivity Software Unveils RollCall SaaS

Advanced Productivity Software, a provider of scalable, reliable time tracking and cost recovery software, announced that its newly unveiled RollCall SaaS (News - Alert) is a Web-based, on-demand solution with an interface that eases employee time tracking. It helps firms streamline attendance monitoring process which saves time and reduces costs.

According to the company, the RollCall SaaS solution offers workflow and process efficiencies which increase productivity for firms. The RollCall is built with specific features to help users effectively administer their staff’s time and attendance. It simplifies management of user information, and the process of updating client and matter data, modifying departments, changing time categories and revising leave types. One can also determine the review process, minimum time increments for billing, and thresholds for rounding to accommodate their firm’s specific business rules.

RollCall SaaS also lets employees track their time and attendance from any location, eliminating the hassles associated with managing paper timesheets, re-keying payroll information into billing and HR systems, and keeping track of sick leave and vacation time.

One of the clients of RollCall acknowledged that after years of tracking employees’ time by hand, they realized a need for a more efficient way to manage these administrative processes. RollCall SaaS immediately increased their productivity by automating several processes that had previously been completed manually.

Some of the benefits of the newly released RollCall solution are: users can automatically export approved time from a single source to payroll, HR and billing systems; its management reports such as absence trends, overtime trends and attendance history help to streamline and simplify recordkeeping; and the solution is scalable to meet a firm’s specific needs.

Officials with Advance Productivity Software maintained that by delivering software over the Internet, cloud computing solutions give businesses a more flexible approach to acquiring and using both applications and computing resources to meet business objectives. Recently IT research and advisory company Gartner (News - Alert) recognized cloud computing as the top strategic technology. And they are excited to offer a service that is not only a leader in the time tracking and recovery space, but also offers a quicker and more efficient way for firms to do business.
