RealManage, a property management company that specializes in HOA management and condominium management, has announced a new comprehensive Monthly Management Report for clients that will deliver information, charts, trends and analysis covering property ownership, tasks, maintenance work orders, association insurance, financial performance, delinquent member accounts, compliance inspections, and details about communication with residents in the community.
"The new report, in conjunction with the RealManage Monthly Financial Report Package, web-based Board Portal and Resident Portal, provides our clients with industry-leading visibility and transparency into the business affairs of their community associations," said Monte Irion, Chief Process Officer, in a statement.
The report, which is generated and delivered using RealManage's internally developed state-of-the-art management software application, presents information in either a summary or detailed view and has easy to follow dashboards that display over 50 key measured conditions and resulting metrics including visual performance indicator icons.
"This isn't a standard industry report, but rather a consultative value added tool for both our Community Association Managers and clients to use to work together to better view the business affairs of the community and to make informed decisions on a timely basis," Irion said.
"It is obvious that RealManage put in a lot of time and effort on this project. This report is easy to use and navigating the site is simple and straightforward," stated Herb Heyman, President of Westview Meadows in Austin, Texas. "Being able to download association information, tasks, work orders, etc. with one click is helpful. Bar graphs and pie charges give quick snapshots at a glance. My fellow board members really like this feature. I really appreciate the simplicity of the report. It's nice and easy to use. RealManage has done a good job here. Well done," Heyman added.
RealManage manages hundreds of community associations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Nevada and Texas, including homeowner associations, condominium associations, cooperatives, municipal utility districts, luxury high-rises and large master-planned communities. Recently, the company announced that Cynthia C. Elizabeth Gates, PCAM, Director of Sales & Marketing of its San Antonio branch, was named Co-Chair of the San Antonio CAI Chapter's Communications Council and Chair of its Publications Committee for 2011.
