Ultimate Software's UltiPro Implemented by Revlon

UltiPro has been implemented by Revlon Inc. as its exclusive HCM system of record for the company’s U.S.-based operations.

An announcement in this regard has been made by the top provider of unified human capital management SaaS (News - Alert) solutions for global businesses, Ultimate Software. Color cosmetics, hair color, beauty tools, fragrance, skincare and anti-perspirants/deodorants are manufactured by Revlon.

A heavily customized in-house system was used by Revlon for 20 years. A state-of-the-art HCM solution that is able to deliver end-to-end capabilities was therefore required by Revlon. UltiPro was selected by Revlon for its speed of deployment, business intelligence and reporting tools. Other factors which Revlon considered while selecting UltiPro include full span of roles-based, configurable HCM features, and SaaS delivery model.

In a release, Jeannie Derr, vice president of Shared Services for Revlon said, “Ultimate has more than lived up to its stellar 20-year reputation in the tech industry. With UltiPro, our employee information is unified across a single platform, and our teams and resources are free from being so painstakingly involved.”

Derr added that for the U.S. employee population, the company is now able to access real-time reporting information. The company also does not have to worry about maintaining hardware.

According to Derr, the company’s feedback is completely received by the incredibly responsive team at Ultimate. This makes the partnership between the two companies more effective and efficient.

Revlon is provided quick access to reporting and workforce analytics with business intelligence tools of UltiPro. The company’s employee-centric operations are impacted by address changes. Immediate adjustments to these changes can be now made by Revlon. Employees are also able to access their personal HR, payroll, and benefits information from home or off-site location with UltiPro’s Web-based features.

In a release, Greg Swick who is the chief sales officer for Ultimate said, “Staying ahead of fast-changing trends is vital for businesses like Revlon. Traditional HCM applications frequently require rigid processes that can make change difficult. UltiPro frees customers from the restrictions of traditional on-premise systems by fully handling a diverse range of payroll complexities, adapting to unique business processes, and enabling changes without adding to IT expenses.”
