Convercent Announces Launch of its First Solution that Brings Together Compliance, Governance and Value



Convercent, a provider of cloud-based, integrated compliance and culture software, recently announced the launch of its first solution that brings together governance, values, and compliance within one mobile cloud solution. 

The company also announced that it will invest $10.2 million in funding for the project, which is led by Azure Capital Partners and Mantucket Capital. The City National Bank is the third partner.

Convercent helps companies systematically align their core values with intrinsic individual behavior for creating thriving and compliant cultures of high-performing, engaging employees. To achieve this objective, the company has developed its first solution that integrates governance, values, and compliance activities into one intuitive, easy to use cloud application. The company also enables enterprises to remain plugged in with their business wherever they go, with advanced groundbreaking mobile access and translation in more than 40 languages.

This highly dynamic and intuitive platform, launched by Convercent, allows customers to:

  • Effectively manage multi-channel, modern approach to incident reporting, ensuring escalations, rapid responses, resolutions, and investigations
  • Link the values, compliance behaviors and ethics of the companies, and further the basic compliance in creating connected and dynamic culture
  • Expose the gaps between compliance and employee engagement with a 360 degree view that resolves problems and make adjustments before they can arise
  • Disseminate company’s internal policies, employee education, federal regulations, and company performance

Talking about this new solution, Patrick Quinlan, the chief executive officer of Convercent, stated that the company is bringing the best technology into the area of business that is in need of innovation. He further added that the company empowers enterprises to be more proactive in their approach of communicating the value and ethics to employees, while saving costs, mitigating risks, and building thriving environments.
