Armanino's Intacct- a Strong Contender for QuickBooks?

The cloud is become more and more prominent in the technological world. Financial companies looking to save time and money by turning to the cloud system have something new to add to invest in. More than two dozen companies in the Greater Chicago area have decided to change gears and opt for Armanino’s financial cloud solutions- Intacct accounting software -to empower them.

"Armanino is extremely excited about our growing partnerships with technology companies across the Midwest," said Dave Burlington, partner and cloud solutions practice leader.

Intacct delivers a comprehensive, fully integrated financial management and accounting system that meets the needs of evolving business; its primary goal is to build strong, professional financial management and accounting applications that not only fit into the existing business infrastructure but also integrate with the key applications that companies use everyday.

An upcoming survey by the Cloud Accounting Institute found that nearly three quarters of companies surveyed were on the look out for an accounting/financial management cloud solution, while over half of companies needed a budgeting/performance cloud solution.

Many companies wanted to take advantage of the flexibility, superior return on investment and lowest total cost of ownership that Intacct afforded.

"Companies know efficiency and cost-savings are found in the Cloud and we are uniquely positioned to guide their transition with strategy, implementation and integration consulting services," claimed Burlington.

Armanino, touted to be the largest independent accounting and business consulting firm, provides a full suite of cloud solutions services, which enable finance teams to focus more on analysis and strategy rather than on mere data entry.

The consulting firm reports that it has successfully brought over 300 clients into the cloud over the past two years and has provided business consulting services to 3 of the top 5 tech firms in Chicago as well as half of all Silicon Valley companies filing for IPO during that time.

With the public cloud solutions market expected to reach $210 billion by 2016, Armanino hopes to deploy Intacct in more companies. Goodbye to inefficient spreadsheet accounting models!
