CSI's Chief Development Officer Paul Koziarz Now to Serve as President and General Manager of Regulatory Compliance Division



Recently, Computer Services, Inc., promoted its Chief Development Officer Paul Koziarz to president and general manager of its Regulatory Compliance Division.

Koziarz holds more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. In his new role, he will be responsible for designing and executing key business strategies aimed at offering robust compliance solutions to financial institutions and businesses nationwide.

With his vast experience, he will also lead initiatives to broaden the reach of CSI (News - Alert)'s regulatory compliance solutions into new industry verticals.

CSI's Regulatory Compliance Division offers organizations with software solutions and consulting services focused on risk management, OFAC watch list screening and fraud prevention.

In a press statement, Steve Powless, chief executive officer of CSI, said: "Paul's exemplary leadership and strategic thinking have positively affected CSI's overall business and that of the customers we serve. Academically, Koziarz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. Officials said that as CSI’s chief development officer, Koziarz created business development and process improvement opportunities.

Prior to joining CSI, Koziarz served as president of Chicago-based Financial Technology, Inc. He has also worked as vice president with HNC Software, Inc., where he focused on growing the community bank business segment for the company's profitability and analytics solutions.
