Miles Software Solutions (P) Ltd. (Miles), a provider of technology solutions for the global Wealth and Asset Management industry, has strengthened its leadership team with three key new appointments.

Officials with Miles Software said that Ravi Mahadevan will lead the delivery team as chief delivery officer supported by Pradeepkumar V and Rahul Khanna for implementation and account management respectively.

“We are delighted to have Ravi, Paddy and Rahul join the Miles leadership team and are confident that their passion, strong industry experience and able leadership will further empower us to deliver excellence consistently and take the client experience to a different league both in the international and domestic market,” said Sandeep Presswala, executive director, Miles Software Solutions, in a statement.

Company officials said that their appointment is expected to elevate the company’s client engagement model and take its client delivery experience to greater heights. Miles had registered large wins in the international markets since the launch of their global business unit in Dubai last year.

According to company officials, this augmented delivery team will enable Miles to execute seamless delivery across all its global and domestic clients and help them to generate measurable business value through reliable, cost-effective and consistently high-quality delivery services.

The company will further consolidate its global delivery, implementation, quality and client management teams under the newly formed leadership.Ravi Mahadevan has more than two decades of experience in the banking and finance vertical with proficiency in delivery management, competency centers, solution definition, implementation and client management.

Mahadevan will be responsible for delivery transformation and ensuring consistent, innovative best in class service experience to all customers globally. Ravi’s most previous assignment was with IBM (News - Alert).

Pradeepkumar V (Paddy) comes with an experience of over 15 years including IT project lifecycle management, development, delivery, implementation and project management. Prior to this, Paddy has had a long tenure with Oracle (News - Alert) Financial Services Software Limited as a “Consulting Practice Director”.Rahul Khanna comes with a strong domain background in the BFSI especially in the capital markets and investment banking.
