- Alert)-based CPM solutions, Host Analytics has announced record growth for the first half of 2011.
Host Analytics is a provider of on-demand corporate performance management. Host Analytics’ solutions help financial and departmental executives improve their budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidations, dashboarding, scorecarding, reporting and analysis.
In the first half of the year, Host Analytics delivered announced adding 60 new features to its CPM solutions. Also, bringing in external financial drivers to the Host Analytics CPM Suite, the company launched its innovative Decision Hub product. It incorporates economic indicators, benchmarking data and currency exchange rates.
“We're determined to help businesses enable sound strategic decisions via the understanding of their past and present financial performance, along with what-if scenarios for the future,” said Jon Kondo, Host Analytics CEO. “Delivering on this promise, along with dedicating resources to technology and product innovation, maintaining world-class customer experiences and investing in talent has driven record growth in the first half of this year.”
According to the company, the service aggregates more than 13,000 data points and indicators such as housing starts, Consumer Price Index, employee labor costs, and financial statements submitted to the SEC's (News - Alert) Edgar database, the company stated in a press release.
From Q2 2010 to Q2 2011, customer booking growth more than doubled. In this period, the company aded several new customers such as ABS (News - Alert)-CBN, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington, Impax Laboratories, Marketo, MarkWest Energy Partners, MSCI, Nextag and WelchAllyn.
Recently, the company announced the next generation of Decision Hub, a product within the Host Analytics CPM Suite. Decision Hub is a central resource for finance and operations leaders for external financial drivers. “The beauty of the Decision Hub is its simplicity,” said Kelly Battles, CFO at Host Analytics, adding that for a finance executive, getting a new source of external data for business analysis is now as simple as downloading an application for their mobile phone.
