Empathy Lab, a premier digital agency focused on providing innovative eCommerce and broadband solutions to the world’s leading brands has appointed Kevin Carruthers, formerly of Hewlett-Packard (News - Alert), to launch a new offering focused on providing program management services to Empathy Lab clients.

“Empathy Lab is doing ground-breaking work with some of the world’s most exciting brands,” said Carruthers, “and I am thrilled to participate in the expansion of services.”

“The digital initiatives we lead are extensions of our clients’ core business strategies,” said Kevin Labick, CEO of Empathy Lab, in a press release. “As such, we must integrate our efforts with all of their customer touch-points and supporting systems.
