MDSL (News - Alert), a provider of global Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Market Data Management solutions announced its partnership with AOTMP for a new AOTMP TEM certification initiative.

AOTMP is an information services company focused on establishing and maintaining high-performance, best-in-class fixed and mobile telecom environments. The AOTMP Efficiency First Solution Certification Program is a new standard for driving technical, financial and operational efficiency across enterprise fixed and mobile telecommunications environments.

The TEM market has seen marked changes over the last 12 months, with significant blurring of the lines delineating full TEM solutions from offerings from other vendors. Benchmarking enterprise TEM Fixed and Wireless solutions against the Efficiency First Framework will provide third-party endorsement and confirm the value delivered to clients.

The AOTMP certification helps organizations to make informed decisions about how best to manage their telecom expenses. The program consists of three stages - diagnostic, scoring and certification and includes a comprehensive review of participating companies' technology and services, backed up by in-depth interviews with operational staff and, critically, a representative sample of their customer-base.
