Minnesota County Deploys Tyler Technologies iasWorld Appraisal and Tax Solution



Olmsted County, Minn. has announced that it has successfully deployed Tyler Technologies (News - Alert) Inc.’s computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) solution, iasWorld in order to leverage a professional property assessment system that can improve the county’s property data management processes.

Mark Krupski, Olmsted County’s director of Property Records and Licensing said that the County selected iasWorld because it wanted an integrated, long-term CAMA solution that would propel it into the future.

“Tyler’s evergreen licensing philosophy provides us with perpetual software upgrades and, as a SaaS (News - Alert) solution, we can be assured our software will remain up-to-date and our data secure. We plan to progress with Tyler as they evolve their products and services and expect to realize benefits from iasWorld for a long time,” Krupski added.

The iasWorld solution is highlighted as the most complete appraisal and tax administration software that can bring in the right blend of innovative functionality and reliable performance in one integrated system.The new implementation is helping the county to help appraisers and managers simplify tasks and operate more efficiently.

“Tyler has 75 years of experience in the appraisal and tax software and services industry, which enables us to provide expert guidance and flexibility during implementations,” said Andrew D. Teed, president of Tyler’s Appraisal & Tax Division. “Additionally, our SaaS model is a cost-effective way to meet operational needs, and Tyler’s evergreen philosophy includes software updates without any additional licensing fees to our clients.”

Teed concluded that it is leased Olmsted County partnered with Tyler and it looks forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship.
