Armada Lab Deploys BillingTree's Payment Solutions

Resolving payment issues with customers is daunting task for many enterprises. To resolve customer complaints regarding payment, Armada Labs has become partner with BillingTree and integrated BillingTree's payment solutions into its Debt Resolution Network.

In addition, this new partnership offers the innovative Ugotiate system, offering a cutting-edge customer-centric debt resolution service with social network style counseling for debtors unable to pay in full.

Armada Labs, a software development service provider with key expertise in financial sector software tools and applications, will use Debt Resolution Network and Ugotiate with the integrated payment processing services of BillingTree to resolve payment issues with easily and efficiently with customers. Debt Resolution Network and Ugotiate will be used to carry on debt collection and settlement processes that will improve the likelihood of debtors clearing outstanding bills.

This partnership enables clients to use the new service an improved method to help past due account holders negotiate and resolve payment through an advanced portal in a customer-friendly manner.

Debt Resolution Network prohibits agent interaction and provides customers with a framework to make repayments. If debtors are unable to repay in full or negotiate debt today, the Ugotiate provides a comprehensive suite of debt repayment planning tools designed to help the debtor strategize and find affordable ways to save the necessary funds, week by week, while keeping communication channel open between collection agency and debtor.
