Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd, a Kranem Corporation company, recently announced that it has been selected by ZTE (News - Alert) India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZTE Corporation to deploy Xalted's Fraud Detection and Analytics ("FraudTrace"), and Revenue Maximizer ("xTRA") solutions across BSNL's (News - Alert) India-wide telecommunication network. According to the officials from Xalted, the solutions will allow ZTE India to combat telecom fraud and to significantly reduce revenue leakage.

FraudTrace detects, identifies and prevents fraud across the entire revenue chain. The solution incorporates the latest detection technologies that are capable of evolving and quickly apprehending to the changing landscape of fraud management environment. The solution empowers faster decision making for communication service providers through automated alarms and notification mechanism, graphical reports for the critical users.

xTRA is a revenue assurance framework that amalgamates Xalted’s comprehensive expertise in mediation, provisioning, billing and fraud management. It defines monitors and controls revenue streams at various processes within the telecom providers' business. xTRA enables operators to achieve cost-savings, high ROI, and quick returns with minimal investment through the implementation of a proactive RA strategy across departments. The solution detects all types of revenue leakages in all telecom environments viz. wireline (PSTN, ISP, VoIP); wireless (2G, 2.5G, 3G) across services; postpaid, prepaid, VAS, MMS, M-commerce
