The success of past joint projects, which has proven that Top Image Systems' (News - Alert) (TIS) capture solutions are a perfect fit for SAPERION's archiving systems, inspired the two companies to enter into a cooperation agreement on June 26, 2012.

TIS' eFLOW intelligent content capture and delivery platform and Saperion's flexible and scalable archiving system will together offer high-performance, seamless workflow and comprehensive end-to-end enterprise content management solutions, according to company officials.

The eFLOW Platform is a common platform for the company's solutions, marketed in more than 40 countries, while SAPERION products address the issues of optimizing processes, ensuring compliance and integrating information.

“In response to positive customer feedback, we will harness our extensive project experience to create jointly offered high-performance solutions," said Herbert Lörch, CEO at Saperion AG.

A previously successful implementation, regarding a joint Top Image Systems' eFLOW and Saperion archiving solution for the invoice processing project at Leica Microsystems, found both companies harnessing their extensive project experience to create jointly offered high-performance solutions.

Consequently, just as Leica's 1,800 SAP (News - Alert) users worldwide have access to any relevant invoice data immediately upon its receipt, the fusing of knowledge and skills from two technology big wigs is expected to accelerate competency problem-solving.
