The mobile “bill shock” can happen to anyone, anytime when a consumer overuses data applications without an appropriate data plan. Bill shock can be extreme, and can be generally used as a term for the surprise an individual receives on any bill which has higher amount than expected. For businesses, these unexpected bill shocks may affect profitability.
