Ezwim in Pact with mindWireless for Enterprise Mobility Management Services

Ezwim (News - Alert), a provider of telecom expense management solutions, announced partnership with mobility management solutions provider mindWireless to expand enterprise mobility management offerings to global customers.

Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Ezwim offers Ezwim's Telecom Management Suite, a complete portfolio of telecom management applications that enable global organizations to gain visibility into -- and control over -- their mobile and fixed communications assets and costs.

"The partnership will provide new and existing mindWireless clients with local representation and knowledge to drive managed mobility services initiatives globally,” said Bram Cool, general manager of Ezwim, in a statement.

"Furthermore, mindWireless and Ezwim share a clear vision of the market in which we both operate and how to respond to the global megatrends influencing our customers’ businesses, such as IT consumerization and the war for talent," Cool added.

The partnership is significant for the industry as it empowers employees with supported technologies. The combined offering will improve end-user experience and optimize and reduce costs across the global enterprise.

mindWireless solutions address the complete lifecycle of enterprise wireless management including procurement, help desk, invoice management, inventory, rate plan optimization and bill payment.

"Encouraged by our customers, we have been seeking the right partner to further our global capabilities," said David Wise, mindWireless co-founder and co-CEO, in a statement. "The partnership with Ezwim not only delivers the desired global capability to our customers, but also adds invaluable experience, including knowledge of local business culture and government regulations.”

Recently mindWireless announced the launch of its latest wireless telecommunications expense management (TEM) software platform. Major improvements in the new mW SMART V5.3 include improved report visualization and consolidation of wireless user data across organizations with multiple divisions and independent operations.

The wireless expense management solution now includes Employee Portal Reports that allow managers to create new reports on wireless expense and usage across all levels.
