PayChoice Unveils Encore, the Next Generation Payroll/HR Software

PayChoice has announced the availability of Encore, the next generation of their payroll/HR software. The company has announced that it is currently migrating many of its more than 200 plus service bureau licensees to the new platform.

For new payroll service bureaus and those considering alternate platforms, Encore is a perfect solution. The SaaS (News - Alert) delivery model reduces, or eliminates, non- core activities that do not generate revenue – such as managing locally hosted software.

Encore delivers real-time processing, robust self-service capabilities and expanded HR services – and does so through an enhanced workflow that yields increased profitability and better overall client retention, the company announced in a press release.

PayChoice's CEO Robert Digby remarked in a company press release, “Architected in the most current technology and delivered via a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, Encore provides Fortune 500-level payroll, benefits and HR solutions to small- and mid-sized businesses. We are very excited about how this platform will help our customers' businesses grow and prosper.”

From PayChoice's state-of-the-art, private cloud environment, Encore is delivered via SaaS. The platform is designed to provide stable, high performance, fault tolerant operations, robust data backup and restoration, and rapid business continuity capabilities.

Encore is designed to scale with end users as their business grows, since it was built on the latest Microsoft technologies, including .NET (News - Alert) and SQL Server. Offered by PayChoice's team of long-time payroll professionals who also deliver basic and advanced training, Encore comes with best-in-class customer support.

Recently, the company announced that it was chosen to supply risk-based authentication and real-time fraud monitoring protection for leading payroll provider PayChoice. RSA's (News - Alert) risk-based security approach will help PayChoice minimize the risk of fraud attacks and provide peace of mind to both licensees and end users of its online payroll portal. The company needed a simple log-in process to avoid creating increased user support demand on its IT department.
