Tagetik Partners with KPMG

Tagetik, a provider of enterprise software solutions for performance management, disclosure management, financial governance and business intelligence, recently announced that it has signed an agreement with KPMG Advisory, an advisory firm in Italy, during the 'Tagetik in Touch 2012' conference.

According to the terms of the agreement, KPMG will provide consulting services for the Tagetik 4 Performance Management application. The services to be offered by KPMG include requirements definition, solution and model design, software configuration and implementation and application maintenance services. Moreover, KPMG will also induct Training and Certification Program for Tagetik's Development Team to access and actively contribute to the product roadmap.

"Tagetik is pleased to announce such a key alliance, reached with one of our major consulting partners in Italy," explains Manuel Vellutini, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Tagetik. "Under this collaboration agreement, KPMG Advisory will actively deliver consulting services for the Tagetik 4 Performance Management application. KPMG will provide a variety of services including requirements definition, solution and model design, software configuration and implementation, and application maintenance services."

"This agreement confirms our strong commitment to Performance Management and is a result of a number of successful projects in this area. The combination of KPMG and Tagetik's functional know-how, finance expertise, business and industry focus will certainly accelerate the reach of Tagetik's application platform - both in Italy and abroad - as well as its strong ability to meet customers' needs," adds Massimiliano Calogero, partner at KPMG Advisory.

Tagetik recently announced that Rabobank Group, a Netherlands-based financial services provider, is implementing Tagetik 4.0 to manage its financial, statutory and management consolidation as well as external reporting to the Dutch Central Bank within a single, unified solution. The software, which is distributed by iNovasion in The Netherlands, replaces the Rabobank's existing consolidation and inter-company matching solution. The second phase will include the implementation of Tagetik's Collaborative Disclosure Management application.
