Onstream Media Launches ProActive Capital Forum

Offering 24/7 virtual investor relations conference for emerging Life Science and Technology companies, Onstream Media Corporation has launched the ProActive Capital Forum.

This forum is powered by MarketPlace365, which provides the users with the tools to create an online community for their market sector or area of interest by delivering synergy and momentum that standalone websites can't match, the company stated.

Offering seven online categories, the ProActive Capital Forum provides a similar experience of a live conference for an investor. The sections are divided along the “ProActive Indexes” that include biotech and healthcare companies. It is said that the ProActive Capital Forum provides a direct, online exchange between companies and the financial community.

“ProActive Capital was looking for a solution that could provide its exhibiting clients transparency, visibility and market awareness in a full featured, online environment that is both user friendly and interactive,” said Randy Selman, president and CEO for Onstream Media. “MarketPlace365 will enable ProActive Capital Forum’s participants to facilitate the exchange of real time data and establish important new business relationships.”

The ProActive Capital Forum enables companies to present investors with comprehensive corporate information with the help of MarketPlace365. Investors can now make sound investment decisions as each client exhibition booth will include a detailed corporate profile, robust market intelligence, product and/or service information, research reports, SEC (News - Alert) filings, breaking news, stock video and social media tools. Exhibitors’ booths will be displayed in sections according to the specific ProActive index they fall under, the company has stated.

Recently, the company announced the debut of its MarketPlace365 virtual tradeshow platform with SUBWAY. The company said that the launch of the marketplace coincided with SUBWAY’s annual convention that was held in July at McCormick Place in Chicago. The SUBWAY restaurant chain is a sandwich franchise with over 33,000 restaurants in 91 countries. Prominent food, beverage and consumer packaged goods and service providers are participating in the restaurant chain’s marketplace.
